We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a Clinarix paid plan, you can request a full refund of your first charge within 14 days of that charge. Just email us at support@clinarix.com from the address on your account, and we’ll arrange it.
The guarantee applies to your first payment for a plan. Renewal charges after the first period are covered by the cancellation terms below rather than the money-back guarantee.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like — there are no long-term commitments. To cancel, go to Settings → Billing inside the app, or use the customer-portal link in the receipt email you received from Dodo Payments.
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it simply does not renew afterwards. You keep access to your paid features until then.
Payments for Clinarix are handled by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments back to your original payment method.
Because Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are reviewed and, once approved, typically take a few business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. We’ll confirm by email once a refund has been initiated.
You do not need to pay to use the core Clinarix calculators, your connected profile and the Wellness Snapshot — these are free forever and require no credit card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade to Pro or Pro+.
Refunds are intended for genuine dissatisfaction or accidental charges. We may decline repeated refund requests on the same account, or requests that appear to abuse the guarantee. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights always apply.
