Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Clinarix website, calculators, tracker apps, Wellness Snapshot dashboard and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Clinarix is an independent service operated by a sole proprietor based in Vietnam (“Clinarix”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at any time at support@clinarix.com for questions about the Service or these Terms.

Clinarix provides evidence-based estimates and educational information to help you understand your body and have better conversations with a qualified clinician. The Service is not a medical device, does not provide a diagnosis, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or calculated on Clinarix. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account and purchase a paid plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may sign in with email or with a third-party identity provider (such as Google). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date so that the Service can produce meaningful estimates.

Clinarix offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Pro+). Plan features and current prices are shown on our Pricing page. Prices are stated in US dollars (USD).

Payments and subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, who acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for purchases made through Clinarix. This means Dodo Payments handles the checkout, billing, payment methods, applicable sales tax or VAT, and receipts. When you purchase a paid plan, you also agree to Dodo Payments’ buyer terms presented at checkout.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We do not store your full card details; they are handled securely by Dodo Payments.

Annual plans are billed once for the year. If applicable taxes apply to your location, they are calculated and added by Dodo Payments at checkout.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, or through the customer portal link in your Dodo Payments receipt. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content except as expressly permitted;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Use the Service to provide medical advice or diagnosis to third parties as if it were professional clinical judgment.

The Service, including its calculators, content, design, branding and software, is owned by Clinarix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. The data you enter remains yours.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, authentication, payments, email and AI processing) to function. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers’ own terms.

Some pages, such as our Dispensary / Shop, may contain affiliate links. If you purchase through such a link, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate placements never change the editorial content or our recommendations, and Pro plans remove affiliate placements.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be appropriate for your individual circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinarix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates produced by the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are continually improving Clinarix and may add, change or remove features over time. Some features described as “coming soon” are planned and may change or be delayed. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and will give reasonable notice where a change materially affects paid features.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
